DOUBLE-IONIZATION OF O2 BY ELECTRON-IMPACT

摘要
The kinetic-energy distribution of O+ ions produced from doubly ionized O2 by electron impact has been measured using a time-of-flight coincidence-detection method. Compared to other results, the signal-to-noise ratio has been increased and the kinetic-energy distribution shows some differences. Attempts have been made to assign the sources of the ions.
