摘要
A method for the isolation of protoplasts from Posidonia oceanica (L.) Delile was established. Axenic tissues from young and mature leaves were used as the starting material. By using commercial enzymes (cellulase, pectinase and driselase), two distinct types of protoplasts were obtained from the youngest areas of leaves: normal spherical-shaped protoplasts from mesophyll cells and irregular-shaped protoplasts from epidermal cells.
