摘要：

Because of the increase in fast traffic and dangerous new sports, in the last few years there has been a dramatic increase in the number of severe pelvic injuries. In 1988, we treated 125 patients with such pelvic injuries. We use Tile's classification method to stage injuries of the pelvic ring type A, type B (B1, B2, B3) and type C. More than 60% of our patients had multiple injuries. In this paper we discuss making the diagnosis, operative procedures, and treatment management. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.
