摘要
Sol-gel processing has been widely studied for many years. it offers a new approach to the preparation of glass and ceramics. This process has two main advantages: - Reactions take place in solution and at room temperature, from which there is an appreciable gain in energy. - The special viscosity of the gels allows the development of original creative techniques, for example the deposit of thin films. With the aim of constructing acidic phosphates with transitional elements using the sol-gel process we have introduced completely new and original methods using as precursors alkoxydes Zr or Ti to prepare the compounds alpha-Zr(HPO4)2 H2O (alpha- ZrP) and alpha-Ti(HPO4)2 H2O (alpha - TiP).
