Extended relationships previously found with reaction to an emergency situation and simulator sickness compared to the Rod and Frame Test (RFT) measure of perceptual style using a 2nd perceptual style measure, an Embedded Figures Test (EFT). The RFT was significantly related to emergency behavior but not to simulator sickness. 50 adult males were Ss. Implications for the use of both tests in the prediction of driving behavior are discussed. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2006 APA, all rights reserved). © 1969 American Psychological Association.
