摘要
In this letter we discuss how to define a lattice Boltzmann equation which reduces in the continuum limit the Navier-Stokes equations with a suitable parametrization of subgrid scale processes. In particular we study the case of 2D turbulence and employ the FCHC lattice geometry. By introducing a ghost lattice, defined in terms of nonhydrodynamic fields, we obtain the Navier-Stokes equations with the anticipated vorticity scheme. Our approach might be generalized to other subgrid parametrizations and to the case of Boolean variables.
