摘要
The lattice position of Hf and Ta impurities in LiNbO3 single crystals has been investigated using fluorescence extended x-ray-absorption fine-structure (EXAFS) spectroscopy. It has been concluded that Hf is in the lithium octahedron and Ta ions are in the niobium one. Both impurities lie very close to the center of the oxygen octahedron.
