摘要：

LiTaO//3 powders have been prepared by appropriate hydrolysis of lithium and tantalum alkoxides. The drying process of the gel obtained has been checked by coupling gas chromatography and mass spectrometry as well as TGA. The prepared grains have spherical shape with mostly diameters between 2 and 3 m. Ceramics with high shrinking coefficients have been prepared by sintering at 1150 degree C, a temperature lower than that usually requested in the classical solid state process.
