摘要
The hydrodynamic structure and ignition dynamics of a shock wave expanding into a region of detonatable gas has been studied using schlieren framing photography. Separation of a detonation wave into a shock-deflagration complex has been observed. Some characteristic features of the decaying waves may be explained on the basis of shock parameter measurements along the expanded shock front together with available ignition kinetic data. © 1969.
