SUGAR OCCURRING IN EXTRAFLORAL EXUDATES OF ORCHIDACEAE

摘要
The sugar content of the extrafloral nectars of thirty orchid species representing twenty genera has been studied by paper and gas chromatography. Fructose, glucose and sucrose were found in all nectars while the presence of raffinose and other oligosaccharides were indicated. The relative α- and β-glucose contents of the nectars were also determined. © 1970.
