摘要
The preparation of 4-hydroxy-beta-ionone of high enantiomeric excess was achieved via lipase-catalyzed transesterification of the corresponding racemate as the key-step. Starting from Its (R)-enantiomer, (S)-6-hydroxy-alpha-ionone, an important intermediate for synthetic abscisic acid analogs, was synthesized.
