摘要：

Comparable results of chromosomal damage were obtained in human leukocyte cultures by cyclophosphamide after its incubation with liver slices in Warburg vessels. The dose-rate-effects of the activation products and the distribution of 1000 breaks in different chromosome segments were similar to other cyclophosphamide derivatives already analysed. The nonrandom distribution of breaks was statistically significant. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
