摘要：

A convenient method is described for two-dimensional amino acid chromatography on micro scale chromatograms of 5 × 5 cm. Despite the short migration paths, excellent separation is obtained. The time of development is short and the technical procedure very simple. Extension to other classes of compounds is possible. © 1969.
