摘要
The Singwi, Tosi, Land and Sjölander (STLS) approximation has been employed to the Laughlin trial wave function for the ground state of the incompressible quantum fluid in the fractional quantized Hall effect. We have estimated their corresponding energies and compared them with results obtained from other methods. We have also evaluated the pair correlation function at the filling factor ν= 1 m, with m = 3, 5, 7, 9. The STLS nonlinear integral equation has the great quality that it can be solved exactly for the two- dimensional classical Coulomb gas, providing simple numerical calculations of general properties. © 1990.
