CHARGED BOSE-LIQUID CHARACTERISTICS IN HIGH-TC SUPERCONDUCTORS

摘要
We compare the specific heat of high T(c) superconductors with that of He-4 in the reduced temperature regime 0 < \T-T(c)\/T(c) < 0.2. We find a perfect lambda-transition for the new superconductors. This fact strongly suggests that the charge carriers in the high T(c) superconductors may be tightly bound electron-pairs, having Bose characteristics whose mass and density we can determine. Electromagnetic properties such as penetration depth and H(c2) are discussed in the frame of a charged Bose liquid.
