摘要
A series of multicomponent crystals, solid solutions, on the base of CeF3 and CdF2 with the radiation resistance above 10(9) rad is presented. The radiation resistance of the solid solutions on the base of CdF2 is about 3-10 x 10(6) times higher than that of pure CdF2.
