摘要
Magnetic anisotropy of a FINEMET-type alloy induced by stress-annealing is investigated. The resulting anisotropy consists of creep-induced and magnetoelastic components. The creep-induced (hard ribbon axis) anisotropy observed in both amorphous and nanocrystalline states is explained by anelastic polarization of atomic bonds in the amorphous phase.
