RAMAN-SPECTROSCOPY AND PHOTOCONDUCTIVITY MEASUREMENTS ON KTAO3LI MONOCRYSTALS AS FUNCTION OF TEMPERATURE AND LI CONCENTRATION

摘要
We report experimental results obtained by Raman spectroscopy and photoconductivity measurements performed on pure and Li-doped KTaO3 monocrystals. The Raman spectra of the samples are analysed after substracting the corresponding spectrum for pure KTaO3. The dependences on temperature and Li concentration of both frequency and scattering intensity of the additional structures are calculated and analysed. Photocurrents are shown to be related to the glass transition.
