摘要
The characteristics of a lithium diborate (Li2B4O7) crystal grown by the Czochralski method for critically phase-matched second-harmonic generation (SHG) at a fundamental wavelength of 1064 nm from a pulsed Nd:YAG laser are discussed. The phase matching angle, angular acceptance bandwidth, and the temperature bandwidth of type I SHG are reported.
