摘要
The ligand-exchange separation of nucleosides and nucleic- acid bases are studied using a new exchanger by functionalized Lycopodium Clavatum with glyoxime metal-ligand complexes. These new exchangers are Cu+2- loaded monochloro-anti glyoximated diaminosporopollenin (MCGS) and Ni+2- and Cu+2- loaded dichloro-anti glyoximated diaminosporopollenin (DCGS). Separation of nucleosides and nucleic-acid bases has been carried out under various conditions. It is observed that the separation capacity of DCGS is better than that of MCGS because the capacity of MCGS decreased over time, while DCGS is stable and needs no regeneration. © Oxford University Press 1993.
