摘要：

A method is described for the achievement of steady-state anaesthesia of small animals by the servo-controlled injection of anaesthetic agents, using the integrated electromyograph as the feedback signal. The use of this method for anaeathesia in Larus argentatus (Herring Gull) is also described.
