摘要
The social impact of achievement motivation training upon small businesses is summarized for nine programs conducted in five countries in the period 1963-1974. Financial impact of this training is also shown as it is used in combination with business education courses, in conjunction with technical training/consulting, as well as by itself. The training resulted in significant improvements in gross sales, net profit, and other areas in each of the applications. © 1979, The Regents of the University of California. All rights reserved.
