摘要
Phthalocyanines and perylene pigments have been used in photovoltaics. But up to now the efficiences of such organic solar cells are low. We investigated the individual components as well as cells forming Schottky and p/n junctions to determine fundamental limitations of the efficiencies of organic solar cells. We performed measurements of the absorption and transport properties of each component. The rectifying and energy conversion capabilities of different junctions have been investigated, too.
