摘要
An experimental study has been made of mass transfer to a rotating disk electrode with a cathodic rectangular pulse current in 0.05 M CuSO4 and 0.5 M H2SO4 at 23-degrees-C. The limiting pulse current densities were measured over a range of pulse periods of 0.001-0.1 s, duty cycles of 0.1-1.0, and electrode rotational speeds of 500-3000 rpm. The results agreed with Chin's mass transfer theory to within +/- 7.5% over a range of DT/delta-2 from 0.0017 to 10.
