摘要
The method for creation of a new species such as Triticale is similar to a very important natural process for the appearance of new species: amphiploidisation. The steps of creation are the following: obtaining F, hybrids between Wheal and Hye, then amphiploid structures; appearance of self-fertile forms, genetically autonomous. From the first research works on Triticale, it appears that it is difficult to obtain stable and fertile forms. There are many abnormalities concerning morphogenesis, gamc- togenesis, and fertility. It is necessary to use methods allowing reciprocal coaptation between the genetic structures from wheal and Hye: back-crosses between Triticale and its parental species could be one of these methods. This model is probably one of the most efficient in natural conditions, and could explain the origin of cultivated Wheat. Different topics, about regularisation of meiosis and the genetic content of selected and raw genotypes, are discussed. © 1979 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
