摘要
The NMR spectra of uridine-, adenosine-, and deoxyadenosine-3′, 5′-cyclic phosphates and those of the acetylated derivatives are in excellent agreement with the C3′-endo-C4′-exo sugar conformation. The dihedral angles and predicted coupling constants for d-ribose and d-deoxyribose are presented for twenty possible conformations of the sugar ring. © 1968.
