摘要
Antibody ligands coupled to Sepharose 4B and Formyl Cellulofine were modified with polyethylene glycol (PEG) activated with N-hydroxysuccinimide ester. The decrease in the antigen binding activity by the modification was much less than that with cyanuric chloride-activated PEG. Since the resistance to proteolytic digestion of the immunoadsorbents was improved by the modification, suitably modified immunoadsorbents showed higher adsorption capacities than those of unmodified ones after digestion by pronase.
