摘要
The ways in which NMR is being used in vivo to study drug metabolism and disposition are reviewed. We also assess the role of this technique as a non - invasive method for monitoring the fate of drugs in human and animals, and for providing information about pharmacology and toxicity. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.
