摘要：

A 57-year-old Caucasian woman who had suffered a traumatic injury 39 years previously developed a central giant-cell reparative granuloma which was treated successfully by concomitant endodontic therapy and surgical enucleation. Occasionally this type of lesion may recur, and periodic observation is strongly advised. This case indicates the necessity for evaluation of clinically unusual apical pathosis by biopsy. © 1969.
