ESR of Mn2+ in ferroelectric LiTaO3 and LiNbO3 single crystals

摘要
The ESR spectrum of Mn2+ was measured in single crystals of LiTaO3 and LiNbO3 at 300. 4.2 and 1.8%. Relatively large axial crystal-field splittings were found. A possible correlation between these splittings and the Li1+ site geometry in both hosts is discussed.
