ANTHRAQUINONES AND A 10-HYDROXYANTHRONE FROM PHIALOPHORA-ALBA

摘要
The metabolites produced by the fungus Phialophora alba, isolated from healthy aspen, have been examined. 6,8-Dihydroxy-1-methoxy-3-methylanthraquinone [1] and its 5-chloro- and 7-chloro derivatives 2 and 3 were obtained, along with the dihydro derivative 4 of the 5-chloro compound. Compounds 2 and 4 are new, and 1 has not been reported previously as a natural product.
