摘要
A method for calibration of the energy transfers at a time-of-flight (TOF) spectrometer is presented: flight paths and wavelength are determined to 10(-3) using the arrival times of neutron pulses and prompt capture gamma-s from the sample. We also developed a method to check the reproducibility of a series of TOF data sets, each with over 50 000 data points.
