摘要
The vibrational transition moments of parallel and perpendicular vibrations of a number of oblate symmetric top molecules have been determined by comparison of calculated band shapes with experimental absorption coefficients at the P and R band maxima. The agreement between the values so derived and those obtained by integration over the entire band is very satisfactory. © 1969.
