摘要
The catalyst obtained by hydrogen reduction of ammonium triammine tetranickel pentamolybdate is shown to be mainly an intermetallic compound Ni4Mo deposited on a molybdenum dioxide phase in excess. Its catalytic properties are different from the properties of conventional nickel catalysts. The stability with time on stream is improved in the gas phase hydrogenation of benzene by resistivity to sulfur poisoning. In the case of toluene hydrodealkylation, the selectivity into benzene is modified.
