摘要
An electrochemical microsystem using three electrodes is described. The active surface of the working electrode is a carbon fiber of 8-μ o.d. In normal pulse polarography, this electrode presents, in vitro, good sensitivity and selectivity, and a wide potential range. Using pulse amperometry, these electrodes can be used in vivo to study the release of dopamine In the rat neostriatum. The specificity and the stability of electrochemical response In acute or chronic preparations are discussed. © 1979, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
