摘要
In agreement with previous research it has been found that the most prominent amino acid in seeds of 12 orchard crops was glutamic acid followed by arginine and aspartic acid while the least represented in all cases was methionine. Although correlation figures have not been worked out the results show that the percentage lysine content was highest in the group where the percentage protein content was lowest.
