摘要：

Einstein's equations with non-zero cosmological constant are solved for a conformally flat spacetime and a stress-energy tensor of pure radiation type. The resulting metrics are also exact solutions of the backreaction equations in semiclassical gravity for conformally invariant fields on a conformally flat background.
