EFFECTIVE HAMILTONIAN FOR THE E-TYPE VIBRATIONAL-STATE OF A RIGID MOLECULE WITH A POINT SYMMETRY GROUP-C(3-UPSILON)

摘要
A complete expression of the effective Hamiltonian, and of the generators of its transformation to the reduced form, is considered as a Taylor series in dynamic variables for the E-tvpe vibrational state of a rigid molecule with a point symmetry group C3v. The suggested reduction scheme leads to partial conservation of only two types of nondiagonal terms (in the representation J2, Jz, lz) out of the six types possible in the effective Hamiltonian in an arbitrary order of the perturbation theory. © 1993 Academic Press Inc.
