摘要
An electrophilic C atom distinguishes the two title sulfenes from other sulfenes, in which the S atom is electrophilic. This follows from the structures of the Et3N adducts. which in these cases are present as zwitterions 1 and 2 respectively, and do not have the general structure A. 2 is formed from FH2CSO2C1 and Et3N, 1 by aminolysis of the dithietane 3.
