摘要
Charge transient spectroscopy - QTS was used for the investigation of the changes of electrical transport parameters connected with the first-order phase transition (from sc to fee phase at about T-c similar to 260 K) in C-60 single crystals. The results were compared with the results of dark de-measurements in tile temperature interval around T-c point. General features of experimentally found parameters are discussed with respect to the mechanism of electrical conductivity in C-60 crystals.
