A computer program in the BASIC programming language is presented and described for the calculation of Nei’s and Rogers’ indices of genetic distance (D), identity (l), similarity (SR), and difference (DR) between many populations for use in microcomputer systems. Average homozygosity (Jx) is also displayed. Limitations on the number of alleles used and the number of populations compared are determined only by the memory size of the computer system employed and the physical limitations of printout devices. © 1979 American Genetic Association.
