Last year we reported a retrospective review of 25 patients treated for vcsico‐colic fistula due to diverticulitis. Further cases occurring during the last two years have now been added, and the symptomology, investigation, treatment and results have been consolidated. As a result of this additional experience a classification for the condition is proposed, which it is hoped will provide a guide to the surgical management. Copyright © 1969, Wiley Blackwell.
