摘要
Characteristics of sintered and film titanium dioxide in the reaction of photoelectrochemical oxidation of water have been investigated. Electrodes are shown to be stable only upon introduction of an alloying addition into them. The nature of the cathodic stimulation of anodic photocurrent has been studied. A theoretical expression has been obtained for the current-voltage characteristic under exposure to light, corresponding to the experimental data.
