摘要
This study analyzes several cases of organizational change in Hungarian manufacturing firms. These changes mostly occurred in relation to transformation, privatization, or direct foreign investment. An increasingly important behavioral pattern in Hungarian industry, called drifting, constitutes a new field of analysis of the industrial organization of the economy in transition. The attitudes and motives of foreign investors mostly reflect their perceptions of the reasons behind organizational change in Hungarian industry. © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
