摘要
Vibrational thresholds in covalent networks predicted theoretically have been observed in chalcogenide glasses. The experiments have included Mössbauer-Debye-Waller factors, inelastic neutron scattering, Raman scattering and ultrasonic elastic moduli. © 1990.
