摘要：

This investigation involved a study of mandibular bicanine width and its relation to the overbite. The material for the study consisted of eighty-three treated cases of Class 11, Division 1 malocclusion. Overbite and mandibular bicanine width measurements were made from study models representing pre treatment, end-of-treatment, and postretention periods. The different types of intercanine width change were categorized, and an effort was made to evaluate any possible correlation between overbite and the net bicanine movement. © 1969.
