TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENCE OF THE INTERFACE ANISOTROPY IN FE(001)/AG(001) SUPERLATTICES

摘要
We present experimental data on the interface anisotropy of Fe(001)/Ag(001) superlattices grown by MBE and its temperature dependence. We find that the interface anisotropy coefficient K(s) decreases more rapidly than the square of the magnetization M (its variation is closer to that of M3).
