摘要
Boiled cytosol of various rat tissues each affected prostaglandin biosynthesis by bovine seminal vesicle microsomes in a specific way. Kidney cytosol enhanced 6-ketoprostaglandin F1.alpha. production in a dose-dependent manner. This stimulatory effect was lost after dialysis. Liver, spleen and carrageenan granuloma cytosol inhibited 6-ketoprostaglandin F1.alpha. production but enhanced prostaglandin E2 production.
