DEOXIDATION EFFECTS ON BI2SR2CACU2O8+Y HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTOR

摘要
The lattice parameters a and c, superconducting onset temperature Tc and volume fraction rate of superconductive phase fs were studied for the Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+y-δ. Where δ is the oxygen deficiency in that system per chemical formula unit. All of the above quantities rapidly decreased with increasing of δ in 0<δ<0.1~0.2. While, in 0.2<δ<1, the lattice parameters and Tc were nearly constant, and the fs gradually decreased and became zero at δ=δc~1. The reduction of positive holes and the decomposition of 2-2-l-2 phase were discussed based on the above experimental results. © 1990, Elsevier Science Publishers B.V. (North-Holland).
