摘要
It is shown that boundary integral methods can yield an effective approach to the boundary value problems that arise from the flow of a fibre-reinforced Newtonian fluid. Furthermore, such fluids provide an effective model for fibre-reinforced plastics under processing conditions. Since squeezing-type flows predominate in processing, the method is used to simulate several of these flows. © 1990.
